Atchison County Wholesale Water Commission
Challenge
Atchison County needed to build a water treatment and distribution system to accommodate expansion as new members join the commission.
Solution
Bartlett & West provided hydraulic analysis for the pipeline and booster pumping stations, preparing the preliminary engineering reports, environmental permitting and production of the plans and specifications in compliance with the requirements of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
