How did coming to Bartlett & West lead you to doing the work that you love the most?

When you surround yourself with a team of subject matter experts, such as human resources, leadership training, employee development, marketing, then you can really emphasize your skill set and provide value to our clients.

What I like most about relationship building and business development is that you get to interact with people and professionals with similar interests that you that you have, even clients who have needs that you are able to address, so it's a sense of satisfaction when you're able to deliver on those needs.
