Brandt rejoins Bartlett & West to enhance GIS and data services
TOPEKA, KANSAS – Paul Brandt has rejoined the Rail Group at Bartlett & West as lead data architect. He is well-known for his experience delivering GIS and data solutions to large rail and transportation clients in North American and overseas.
Brandt will support Bartlett & West’s growing client demand for advanced data solutions across rail and other industries.

Brandt has a bachelor’s degree in GIS and precision agriculture from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri and has more than 20 years of experience delivering GIS and data solutions.
