San Antonio office opens

Bartlett & West added a San Antonio office at 4415 W. Piedras Dr., Suite 290. San Antonio is Bartlett & West's fifth location in Texas, adding to the company's offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Tyler and El Paso.

Bartlett & West first opened a Fort Worth location more than two decades ago, focused on rail clients. In 2017, the company began expanding work to include TxDOT, municipalities and county government through its offices in Fort Worth and Tyler.

In 2020, that expansion grew the acquisition of Civil Associates, Inc. (CAI), which opened in Texas in 2003, adding about 35 experienced Texas-based professionals and locations in Dallas and El Paso. CAI is now fully integrated and operates as a part of the Bartlett & West company and brand.

The new San Antonio location helps further support the company's work with TxDOT, municipalities, railroads and water and wastewater clients.
